The entrance area of the apartment leads into a small open hallway. Opposite the apartment door is the small and modern bathroom and is equipped with a ground-level, barrier-free rain shower, sink and toilet. To the right of the entrance door is the spacious open kitchen. In the middle of the kitchen, a kitchen island offers plenty of space to serve meals and dine together. In the well-equipped kitchen, there are hotplates, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a dishwasher and, for everyday use, necessary small appliances. On the left side of the entrance door is the large inviting living room/bedroom, which was designed in industrial style. Guest access The 1-room apartment is in a very well maintained condition. All walls have been painted white. The laminate floors have been laid throughout the apartment. The ceilings are 3.50 m high. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday needs. Basic utensils for your own cooking pleasure, such as oil and spices, are provided. Hygiene products and cleaning supplies are also available in the 1-room apartment. Linens and towels are provided. In the 1-room apartment, 5 sleeping places are available. These are divided into a queen-size bed, a sofa bed with integrated mattress and a sleeper chair. You have the option to use Wi-Fi and receive cable TV and Amazon Prime. In the living/sleeping room, there is a fold-out table with integrated chairs, so there is enough space for social games, shared meals or concentrated work. Other things to note Oven cleaning is not included in the cleaning fee. The washing machine is not in the apartment, but is available in the basement.
