We offer a small studio composed of a fully equipped kitchenette, a large queen size bed, a magnificent bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. A TV and free wifi will also be available. Air conditioning will help your comfort as well as our double glazed windows. Studio guests have access to our swimming pool, open from May to September (common between landlords and other tenants) The space Our place is perfect for wine and tourism lovers since it is surrounded by various wine properties, 30 minutes from Bordeaux and especially less than 5 minutes from St Emilion! (4 km). You can also find all the necessary shops in our small village of St Sulpice de Faleyrens (500 m) or in the large supermarkets of Libourne (7 km).
