We offer a small studio consisting of a fully equipped kitchenette, a large queen size bed, a beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. A TV and free Wi-Fi will also be available. Air conditioning will help your comfort as well as our double glazed windows. Studio guests have access to our swimming pool, open from May to September (shared between the owners and other tenants) The space Our place is perfect for wine and tourism lovers since it is surrounded by various wine properties, 30 min from Bordeaux and especially less than 5 min from St Emilion! (4 km). You can also find all the necessary shops in our small village of Saint-Sulpice-de-Faleyrens (500 m) or in the large supermarkets of Libourne (7 km).
