Newly renovated in Spring 2024, our corner elevated two-level 80 sqm townhouse apartment is usually the most quiet unit at the Residence, yet still only a few seconds walk away from the inviting large swimming pool & courtyard. The ground level has a living room with LED smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, work desk, guest toilet, front outdoor table & chairs, and back patio. The upper level has 1 bedroom w/ a king bed, 1 bedroom w/ 2 single beds, & a bathroom w/shower. A/C in all rooms. 2 safes. The space Exterior photos are newly taken from July 2024. Our beautifully maintained small complex consists of just 12 apartments all exclusively used for holiday/vacation rentals. Our Residence was designed by Belgian architects and combines the best of European and Thai style. The complex consists of just 4 semi-attached buildings providing privacy and exclusivity. Live-in housekeeping staff on the property provide 24 hour security. Restaurants are located on either side of us, and motorbike (scooter) rentals are available next door. We're on a quiet cul-de-sac street of holiday residences in an authentic coconut grove, yet just 5 min. walk to the Chaweng Noi Beach main road 4169. The island's main towns of Chaweng and Lamai are just a 10 minute drive away. Beautifully maintained small complex with 24 hour pool w/sun loungers. Guest access Guests have full use of the Residence complex during their stay but are requested not to bring outside guests or friends to use our facilities. Other things to note Electricity is charged for your actual usage as measured by an individual electric meter for each apartment, at the rate of 7.5 THB/kWh. Due to the major difference in electricity usage from guests, mostly from individual air conditioning use patterns, this allows us to keep rates low, since it allows you to control your electricity cost, and you only pay for the electricity you consume. As part of our standard guest policy for all stays, a 3000 THB cash deposit for incidental charges is required at check-in. This is refunded at check-out minus any charges. Please advise us at least 2 days before arrival of your expected arrival time so a staff member can be available to meet you for your check-in. Thai Law requires that all accommodation owners make photocopies of the passports of all foreign guests staying in the apartment for immigration reporting. When you check-in, please allow our staff to copy your passport identification and entry stamp pages for everyone (including babies) staying in the apartment.
