Suite and Spa Panoramic Olivars

The suite is located at the upper level of a private house accessible by a staircase. The main entrance is common. It offers you equipment that will be used to prepare your breakfast or basic meals but has no kitchen. In addition to its bedroom, living room and bathroom, the suite has a panoramic terrace from which you'll enjoy an exceptional panoramic view on the "Aguamolls de l’Empordá", that goes from the sea (Rosas bay) to the Pyrenees mountains. A spa service is available under conditions. The space The house is well situated at 10mn by car from Rosas and d’Empuriabrava, 15mn from Figueras and 30mn from Cadaques where you'll enter in Salavdor Dali's universe. The garden and its pool will participate to ensure a relaxing and calm stay, neighbors are mainly olive trees... ! You will discover or rediscover this region with multiple charms, combining sand beaches and rocky/wild coasts, all just at few kilometers from the house. So many different seashores as the countryside will delight you with their diversity. There are also many hiking trails nearby, including those of the monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes and the Cap de Creus national parc. _____________ The suite is located at the upper level of the house which is occupied by the owners. Occupants of the apartment which could be rented at the ground floor may be present. You will share the garden and the large pool, taking into account the house safety and sanitary rules. The suite is about 40m², and it is composed by the following: - A main room with air conditioning and direct opening on the terrace - An annex room with a convertible sofa and direct opening on the terrace - A large bathroom with toilets and a vestibule - A main entrance with a library, a fridge, a boiler, a coffee machine and a microwave - A large panoramic terrace of 11m² with a table, two chairs, two relax armchairs and a towel dryer. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. The suite has a free wifi connection. A stone table will be reserved for you in a cosy place in the garden, next to the big palm tree. You will be asked to park your vehicle in the street, next to the house. The street is very calm and secure, this is a cul de sac. However it will be possible to park motocycle or bicycle inside a closed area. Guest access Special attention for disabled people => The suite as well as garden and pool is only accessible via a staircase. During your stay Our main concern is to ensure you will have very nice stay, mixing simplicity and conviviality while promoting exchange and sharing. We will do our best to ensure that your privacy is respected. Other things to note Swimming pool (If open): - Open from 8 am to 10 pm if the water is at a correct temperature - Shared with other people living in the house.
