Summer duplex apartment near Ljubljana & parking

A brand new, comfortable and modernly furnished duplex apartment for a nice family getaway or a longer stay. The apartment is part of a family house with a separate entrance, and fully equipped to accommodate 4 people comfortably. We are located in a quiet neighborhood near Domžal and we are only 13 km from the center of Ljubljana. The location gives you quick access to the highway and the center of Ljubljana. All tourist destinations are up to 1 hour away. You can also use public city transport to visit Ljubljana, LPP no. 12d. The space The apartment accommodates 4 adults. It is best suited for a comfortable stay for 2 adults and 2 children. The bedroom is set upstairs with a low ceiling (140cm) suitable for children or adults to sleep comfortably. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. There is a sofa bed located in the living room, to sleep 2 people (180x200), on which we additionally install a memory foam yoga session for greater sleeping comfort. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, induction hob, fridge with freezer, toaster and coffee machine. There is a washer dryer installed in the bathroom, a TV with cable, and fast 5G internet. For pleasant evenings, guests also have at their disposal an outdoor terrace with garden furniture for an even more pleasant stay and rest in the open air. The estate is fully fenced and guarded. Parking is provided directly in front of the suite entrance. Guest access A few days before check-in, you'll receive self check-in instructions via the Airbnb app, as well as clear instructions on how to pick up the keys and enter the suite. Other things to note In the suite, you'll find all the necessary information for a comfortable and relaxing stay in the suite. But I will always be available for any questions. The tourist tax is not included in the price of the stay and is €1.50 per adult per night. Children up to 18 years of age receive a 50% discount.
