The Villa is surrounded by a 1,000 sqm garden where you can spend wonderful days outdoors with your friends or family; an ideal place to relax and enjoy the wonderful view available. The space The apartment is located on the ground floor and is equipped with every comfort: 100Mbit Wi-Fi Internet, 55'' Led Smart TV. The large living room consists of a typical mountain dining area, beaded, a large TV , a sofa that becomes a double bed if necessary. The two French doors lead directly to the terrace from which in turn you can access the large garden that surrounds the entire house. The direct access from the living room to the garden makes the apartment ideal also for elderly people or families with children who can relax letting children run in peace enjoying the large outdoor space. Here you will find a relaxation area with sun loungers, armchairs and sofa to read a book under the large umbrella or enjoy a good aperitif while admiring the splendid panorama ; a table where you can dine comfortably outdoors and enjoy all the nature and the Grigna view that surrounds you. Inside you will find a brand new kitchen. One bath with toilet (laundry area) and another new bath with tub/shower. There are 2 large rooms. In the first, entering on the right there are 2 neighboring single beds and a sofa that if necessary becomes a single bed and a relevant balcony. In the other room there is always a sofa that becomes a single bed and a double bed. If necessary, there is the possibility to add camping beds for small children. Possibility to put the car inside the courtyard.
