Our house is exceptional for us, first because it has belonged to our family for a few centuries and therefore speaks of things that we know and that have always belonged to us, then it is located in the beautiful countryside of Mugello just 35 km from Florence The space It offers the opportunity to go to the city whenever you want but at the same time live in the countryside. Vicchio is the town where Giotto and Beato Angelico were born, around which there are other towns full of history and charm: Borgo San Lorenzo, Scarperia and Pontassieve, near Lake Bilancino for those who love sailing, it is a beautiful golf course. The house has a large garden and is surrounded by the countryside with fruit trees, but it is not totally isolated. On the ground floor, there is the living room and the furnished kitchen, a porch with the old oven to make bread. At the back of the ground floor there is still the original stable with vintage work tools. Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms, three bathrooms and a small living room.
