Just a stones throw from the V&A Waterfront and located in Cape Town’s CBD. The space Situated on the 7th floor, the apartment opens up into an open plan kitchen and lounge. The kitchen is super styling with black marble tops and has everything you would need to whip up a gourmet meal. A 6 seater chic glass dinner table is where you can enjoy a scrumptious meal but the odds are that you might not even have the time to test drive this baby as Cape Town is one of the top foodie cities on the globe. Both bedrooms have a super comfy queen sized bed with 300TC crisp white cotton linen to give you the most luxurious, peaceful nights sleep. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom, 1 with both a bath tub and shower and the other just with a tub. The space comes equipped with high speed fiber internet/WiFi so catching up on the latest news or streaming shows and so is keeping track of all your work deadlines and emails. The TV has Netflix. Take advantage of the outside deck and indoor/outdoor pool area set against the dramatic backdrop of the magnificent Table Mountain. Sip a cocktail at the bar while watching your favourite sport on the big screen TV or simply enjoy lapping in the pool as you wind down the day. The top class gym located on the same level has all the equipment you will need to stay in shape while on holiday. A contemporary day spa called "Sanctuary" offers a selection of revitalizing treatments for complete relaxation. "MRKT" (pronounced market) restaurant is a wonderfully welcoming space on the ground floor and serves a selection of breads baked onsite as well as wholesome breakfast and lunch items. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment, including all the amenities that the building has to offer ie. Pool, Gym, Lounge etc Other things to note You will have access to 2 secure parking bays in the building. Please note that this is a self-catering apartment. There is no reception from which to obtain keys from. It is important to establish contact beforehand so that we can arrange for one of our Propati crew members to welcome you at the apartment. AMENITIES: Please read carefully the amenities supplied in the apartment as listed. Any additional amenities can be obtained by you as this is a self-catering apartment. BODY CORPORATE RULES: Guest must make sure they read and adhere to the rules and regulations of the property. ADDITIONAL SURCHARGES: Late check-in: A R200 surcharge for check-ins after 7 pm. Late check-out fee: A R500 surcharge for late check-outs after 10 am. (Late check-out requests are subject to availability and guests must vacate before 6 pm should your request be accepted). The above surcharges are payable in cash, EFT or can be deducted from you via the Airbnb platform. ADDITIONAL CLEANING Stays longer than 7 days incur a mandatory cleaning and linen change. This is required for every 7 days from check-in date. The cleaning and linen change is R600.
