Modern apartment with lake view

The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed that turns into 3 beds (3 single beds, 2 of which are bunk beds or a bunk bed with a double bed below and a single bed above) The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob with 4 plates. It is equipped with the necessary (...there is no food processor :)). The bathroom is private, has a toilet, bidet, sink with cabinet and a nice shower stall. The space The apartment has been renovated with fine finishes. It has been newly furnished with a modern and simple style with the intention of being pleasant to everyone. But beyond the beauty of the apartment, what makes the space unique is the lake view. As in the famous advertisement: "We like to win easy" – since we are talking about the lake classified as the most beautiful in Italy. The parking space is shared (it is not assigned to the apartment) but it is usually easy to find a place. The house, with respect to the entrance of the building, is located on the 1st floor and there is a flight of stairs to climb. The building and the area are very quiet. Bed linen and towels are not included. If you want, you can rent everything for €7 per person. The accommodation tax of €1/person per night is also payable on site. Guest access The two-room apartment is entirely available for guests' use. Please return the apartment in the same condition as it was when you arrived. If there is any damage, please report it so that we can agree on what to do. The apartment must be delivered as granted, including in terms of cleaning (the kitchen and utensils must be left washed). You cannot smoke in the house, not even near the window!!! If it is verified that you have smoked in the house, a penalty of 30 euros will be applied. Other things to note Pets are allowed with a surcharge of €30 per stay, which is used for cleaning that must be done to accommodate other people after, who may have allergies.
