Quiet and Comfortable in Greenside

A bright, airy, private bedroom with full bathroom & back up electricity on the property! This suite is separate from the house with it's own private entrance but also has access to a luscious garden with a pool. The room has a luxurious king-size bed, a desk and chair and two easy chairs with side table . We have recently upgraded the room with a private kitchenette with basic cooking and tea/coffee facilities, a fridge and a single sink. There is also a cupboard with drawers and hanging space. The space Greenside itself is a beautiful, established suburb with tree-lined streets and generous proportions. Our place has good perimeter security with off-street parking. We also have one, very friendly dog (Molly), a young puppy (Rupi) and two cats who live on on the property. Other things to note The WiFi is fibre internet (reasonably fast) and is not capped. We cannot make any guarantees regarding its speed or reliability. We do ask that you consider that others are also using it. Bandwidth may be restricted if it is abused. UPDATE: We have installed a hybrid inverter system with battery backup, which makes us relatively immune to the frequent power cuts imposed by our power utility. ☺️ A gas heater is provided in the room. If the cylinder runs out, the local garage offers an exchange service which will be at your own cost. Parking available but only for one average sized car. (Maximum is a standard double-cab bakkie.) Access is somewhat restricted in height by a tree. Parking is entirely at your own risk and we take no responsibility for the safety of your vehicle from theft, loss or damage of any nature. whatsoever. We have recently installed security cameras outside. This covers the street access, the parking area and the passage down to the cottages.
