Cara -Na-Mara (Friend of the Sea)

Killough is a quiet, picturesque village which lies on the Irish Sea shore, near Ardglass, 5 miles from Downpatrick. Cara- Na-Mara is a beautiful, recently renovated 2 bedroom cottage overlooking the sea. Suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families. It's close to all area golf courses including Ardglass and Royal County Down. It is on Lecale Way for walkers and cyclists. There's easy access to the Mourne Mountains, beautiful coastal drives and Strangford Lough. The space The cottage is recently converted, to reveal a beautiful original stone wall. We have a four Star Grading from TourismNI. We have a dual heating system which consists of a multi burner stove and oil fired heating. We have underground heating in the living room. All fuel e.g. Logs coal and oil is included in the price. We will leave the fire set to light on your arrival. We leave milk, butter, bread, tea , coffee, bacon, eggs and wheaten bread for all guests. The cottage has a lovely garden which is very child friendly and which gets the evening sun ( perfect for bar-b-ques in the summer). There is free parking directly outside the house. Guest access The cottage in its entirety is accessible for guests.
