My place is close to the city center, parks, art and culture, and restaurants and dining. My place is close to downtown. It is located in a business strip. Free parking in front. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families. People from all backgrounds are welcome in my home. You are 2 minutes drive to downtown, Destiny Mall, Chiefs Stadium, St Joe's Hospital, Armory Square, Regional Transportation Center, Assumption Church, & restaurants. This apartment is in downtown Syracuse near everything. It is in a commercial strip where it is active all day. I love art and have many pieces I like there to enjoy. The apartment is located on the second floor rear and secure. There is a locked street level door and the apartment is one flight up with it's own locked entrance. I love to travel and know that I want my place to be spotless, you can count on it. No pets are allowed on the property. My goal was to make it comfortable and equipped. I have traveled many places in the world and would like to make the apartment as much as I would like it including art. There are supplies for your use in the apartment in the bathroom and kitchen. Short or Long term stays are welcome. If you need a one night stay please contact me to get a pre approval. If you are staying more than 2 weeks there will be an additional cleaning fee of $21. Your apartment includes a full kitchen and bathroom. There is a separate entrance for the two apartments located on this floor. Both apartments are Airbnb. Your apartment is the rear apartment. You also have cable tv and wifi, coffee, tea, and water in the kitchen with spices and oil to do a little cooking! I am available by phone, text, and email. I have a business on the first floor and am there sometimes during the day. Feel free to call and ask if you need anything. North Salina Street is a main through fare going north to south in Syracuse. This is a business area I cannot guarantee that it is always quiet because of the commercial activity. There are restaurants a few blocks down North Salina Street. Francesca's Italian, Asti Italian, New Century Vietnamese, Taste of Quonching (Authentic Chinese), Dunkin Donuts, Biscotti's cafe, and many other ethic restaurants. There is free street parking in front on the building. Laundromat 2 blocks south on N Salina. There are several barber and beauty shops in the block and walking distance. You'll enjoy staying here. It's unique because of the ethnic diversity here and proximity to every area of Syracuse. Transportation is easy from our location. We're 2 minutes from Route 81, 690, and the thruway. The public bus stops on the corner and public taxi's are also available. We are 3 minutes from the regional Transportation Center where the long distance buses come in and the Amtrak station is there also. We are a couple of minutes from Destiny Mall. It is a downtown location in a commercial area. There are many people who live in this area also. We love to meet new people from all over the world! Cleaning free for longer than 1 week is $50 instead of $21 because of deeper cleaning needed.
