Our apartment is in the heart of the Ore Mountains. Therefore, the mountain town of Annaberg-Buchholz and the ski area on Fichtelberg (spa town of Oberwiesenthal) are easily accessible. Our small but chic apartment is ideally suited for 2 persons. Another extra bed, for example for the child or baby, is absolutely possible. The apartment has a hallway, living room with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet. Of course, there is a separate entrance and a car parking space. The space The apartment is 35 m² and has a hallway, living room with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet. The adjacent garden area can of course be used. Garden furniture is available in the summer months. A charcoal grill can be rented in summer and winter if needed. In the snow-free season, a children's playhouse, a trampoline, a sandpit and a large box with all sorts of toys are available to use. The use is your own responsibility! In winter you will find a toboggan slope for children right in front of your vacation rental house door. Guest access The entire apartment is available for use. The adjacent garden area can be used. Furthermore, a car parking space is available in the premises. Other things to note Of course, you can reach the apartment via a seperate entrance. The interior of the apartment is accessible. Use with an infant/baby is easily possible, as there is enough room for a travel cot in the bedroom. It is possible to rent travel cot, changing table, high chair or children's toys. In Mildenau you will find many things of personal need in the immediate vicinity. For example, you don't need three minutes to walk to the next baker. Shopping markets, doctors, gas station and ATM are only a kilometer away from your apartment. We are child-friendly ... there are two children living in the main building, who may also romp through the garden. :-)) The nearest highway (A4, A72) or big city (Chemnitz) is about an hour away by car.
