As the house is old and made entirely of stone, this small, fully renovated room, located at the bottom of the property, stays cool throughout the summer. Its window is equipped with a mosquito net. You will enjoy the surrounding wild nature, the view of Malvy, the beautiful shaded walks, the opportunities for swimming or fishing. The space No Wi-Fi, but a very good 5G connection. The room is equipped with a kettle and microwave, cutlery, plates, glasses and cups, as well as tea, coffee and infusions free of charge at your disposal. It also has a small table and 2 wooden chairs that you can take out in the grass in the shade of the old bread oven or in the sun, just in front of the room. If you love walks, there are many and they are shaded: the Art and Nature path and its sculptures, the botanical path that climbs to the classified village of Lentillac, the walk of Notre Dame de Verdal, the "beach" of the Pont des Trois Eaux, the ascent of the Saut Grand river, swimming or fishing in Lake Tolerme or in the Dordogne...
