In the front garden, at the edge of the sea, is a quiet and secluded lounging sala with table and chairs - the perfect venue for reading, relaxing or watching children on the beach. The main house boasts a fully appointed chef's kitchen with Electrolux appliances and a lengthy dining island for large groups who wish to gather around one table. Bedrooms feature Sealy Posturpedic queen sized beds in all three ground-level master bedrooms, and two twin beds in each of the two upstairs bedrooms. Vaulted ceilings in the main living area give the home a light, airy and incredibly spacious feel. Large picture windows throughout offer stunning views of the sea and gardens. The house is air-conditioned and humidity controlled throughout. A separate guest house behind the main villa provides the perfect amount of separation for a young couple, teenagers or helpers. The guest house features air-conditioning throughout, a full kitchen, living room with comfortable seating for 4, an upstairs bedroom and a full bathroom with large stall shower. The neighborhood is visited daily by a fruit and vegetable truck, otherwise you can find small roadside fruit stands, grocery stores and a little further towards White Sand Beach there are petrol stations, 7/11 and a Tesco.
