Forever 29 - Private Hot Tub & Pool

Spacious, gated, ranch home 3 miles to the National Park. TOTALLY PRIVATE Pool, hot tub, back yard, & pool table. A luxurious getaway and launchpad for desert fun. Chill by the PRIVATE pool/ hot tub with double doors opening to game room. We rent the cabin next door to larger groups (ask us), however both houses are PRIVATE and separate. Guest house may be rented to another guest during your stay but they do not have access to the pool/ hot tub and they have separate parking. NO TELEVISION. The space Forever 29" is totally private spacious 1,400 sq foot post WWII house is located in 29 Palms, in close proximity to Joshua Tree National Park, Wonder Valley, and comfortable driving distance to Historic Pioneertown (with Pappy and Harriet's Pioneertown Palace), the Lander's Integratron, and Palm Springs. It's also a 15 minute walk to the 29 Palms Inn for dinner and drinks. This house provides a perfect vacation-feel and lots of space for everyone to be comfortable. There are two bedrooms, each with a view of Joshua Tree National Park, queen bed, and plenty of closet and dresser space. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom and direct pool access. The other bedroom has a writing desk and is adjacent to a bathroom. The office/ den with sleeper couch is a perfect place to lounge and enjoy the peaceful feel of the desert. The spacious living room, comfortable couch, pool table and dart board opens up to the gorgeous desert-landscaped backyard with pool and hot tub. Parties of 5 or more people will need to sleep on a fold out couch or one of the other couches as we only have 2 queen size beds in the house. The fold out couch is not the most comfortable. Please note this before booking. We do not accept parties over 6 people. This is an older house with quirks and idiosyncrasies. If you are looking for a Hilton/ Ace Hotel experience this is not a good place for you to book. Please take this into consideration before booking. We use a central evaporative cooler to cool the home, which keeps the house at a comfortable temperature except under extreme humidity levels, at which point we use the AC system. If you require hotel level AC temperatures, once again this may not be the best booking for you. We also rent the guest house next door (Imagine Cabins). We rent this guest house separately so you may see other guests on the far side of the property, mainly while parking, though the guest house is separate and does not have access to pool, hot tub, back yard, most of the property. If you’re interested in renting both houses let us know. We get severe dust and wind, swarms of bugs over the valley, which can quickly fill the pool with bugs, leaves, dirt and debris. We clean the pool thoroughly every week however these storms are out of our control and we do not except cancellations due to bugs, dust or leaves in the pool. This may make the water a bit unattractive but its clean and safe to swim in. Pet fee $40 per pet, and we must approve any and all pets prior to booking so please give details when you request to book. Please let us know if you are bringing any pets. 6 guests maximum with $150 fee for unapproved guests over that amount. By booking you agree to our house rules, including a full LIABILITY WAIVER. These rules may be changed at anytime and are still applicable if ammended between the time you book your stay and the day you check out. Guest access Guests have access to house, backyard with pool and hot tub, side yard, parking. We do not allow guests to use any of our indoor fireplaces. Please no fires of any kind inside the house. Other things to note We require the total number of guests staying at the house to at time of booking along with their full names to be provided at time of booking This is a very rural part of the desert with a lot of creatures. Please be prepared as we get spiders, snakes, mice, kangaroo rats, rats and lots of other animals here in the desert. Periodically animals and swarms of bugs can fall into the pool, which can be upsetting but it happens. Please take note of this before booking as we will not offer refunds/ cancellations in the event an animal is found in the pool. The pool cleaner comes Friday late morning/ afternoon. This cannot be changed and guest will need to accommodate the cleaning of the pool if they decide to book. There is no TV at Forever 29. We do have WiFi but take note, no Television. Please take note of sleeping arrangements. Parties over 4 people will require someone sleeping on one of the couches. $50 per guest over 4 people. Groups over 6 guests are not allowed and will invite a $150 fee. Pet fee is $40 per pet. Please let us know you are bringing a pet before you book. The jacuzzi will heat up in 30 to 60 minutes depending on time of year. The pool is not heated. Please do not change the settings in the control box. Contact me with any questions.
