Living room: Couch and chaise lounge, TV with cable. Guest access Private entrance with secure key pad. This is not a shared apartment. The Furnace Room is enclosed in the basement. Please do not access it for safety purposes. Other things to note Please note that there is also an Airbnb unit upstairs in their own contained apartment. There is potential for noise from footsteps from the unit above. Shared laundry is located downstairs in the common area that both guests have access to.
