Stay Golden Family Cabana with Sea View

Stay Golden is a family-run boutique-hotel with pool at the beach of Arugam Bay. Your stone cabana is cosy, clean and cool. It’s designed with love to make you feel comfortable. The cabana suits 4 persons (1 double bed and 1 bunk bed), and therefore, is perfect for families. The terrace as well as the balcony with sea view offer seating space and a hammock. Your private, en-suite bathroom has hot water. When you step out of your cabana, you will feel sand between your toes. The space Our hotel is located directly on a secluded beach, within walking distance of Arugam Bay Center. We have 5 cabanas and 2 double rooms. For families, we recommend this cabana or our premium cabana. We warmly welcome families! In our garden we run a modern restaurant with café. Here you can stay perfectly and enjoy good food. We serve healthy, fresh and delicious local and Western dishes from morning to evening. There are many vegetarian and vegan options. The pool with children's area invites you to cool off all day long. Shade and sun loungers are available free of charge. You can receive free internet throughout the hotel premises. We offer regular yoga classes in our rooftop yoga studio overlooking the sea. You can also book surfing lessons with us or rent a surfboard. A highlight are the safaris in Kumana National Park and to Pottuvil Lagoon, which we are happy to organize for you. We are environmentally conscious and strive for sustainable eco-tourism. The hot water is generated using solar panels; we consciously reduce our plastic consumption, separate organic waste, and offer free bicycles. In addition, mineral water is available for refilling. Guest access You will have access to the whole hotel property. Your room is private and only accessible for you during your stay. We provide a key to lock it. Parking is available on the property or next to the hotel on the street. Our hotel is located in a more quiet residential area, off the typical busyness of Sri Lanka's streets. The main surfing season starts in April and goes until October. During the other months, surfing is - in general - possible, but depends highly on the respective conditions.
