Our cool & comfortable villa is set in a peaceful & quiet location, just off the main road in Batu Ferringhi & only 5 minutes walk to sandy Shamrock Beach. It is a good place for business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The villa features 5-bedrooms, 5-bathrooms, living room and dining room with kitchen equipped. It offers free private parking and complimentary WiFi access. No fully refund will be made if there is any damage to the unit, unexpected cleaning cost occurs or late checkout and etc ( Please refer to our house rules). The house is with staircases to access to the house maindoor and to the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. if you have elderly, please reconsider or you may look for our another property which no need staircase to reach the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, tableware, electric kettle, stove, microwave and fridge. The dining area with the dining table and breakfast table are big enough to serve the family. 5-bathrooms come with toiletries (body & hair shampoo, hand wash, bath & hand towels and toilet paper). You will be charged fee listed below if fail to do so: - Key: RM10 each • In order to check-out, put back the keys to the same lockbox that you took them. .
