Enjoy Baltic sea coast! Just 2 minutes from the sea and river. 15 min walk to main promenade Jomas street. Part of a renovated private Bauhaus-style private house (built in 1934). The house is located in the narrowest place in Jurmala between the river Lielupe and the sea. Apartment has a nice outdoor terrace with dining table and chairs also, courtyard with garden, kids playground, trampoline, outside terrace, parking, hot tube. Minimum stay 5 nights. Located on the 2nd floor of private house. The space Second bedroom is made by request - we have toddlers bed, baby cot or adult option. Guest access Apartment is situated on the second floor. House has 2 apartments - one on the first floor and one on the second floor. All outside area is welcome for guests. Other things to note We have cat and small friendly dog in territory - Jack Russell terrier named Fukse
