Entering the house you will immediately encounter the dining room with inlaid wooden table overlooking the internal courtyard, along the corridor the service bathroom will be on the left while on the right the kitchen with the ancient fireplace that makes you savor an almost medieval air. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need including: • Dishes and kitchen tools • Antique wooden dining table with drawers • Refrigerator • Microwave oven • Electric hob • Dishwasher Each double room on the first floor is equipped with a double bed with pillows and bed linen, the 2 bedrooms are independent and enjoy excellent privacy with one of the two boasting a small balcony, perfect for those who love to wake up and go out immediately. 'open air. In addition, one of the walls of this last room was the palette of a visionary talent of the last century who left a very particular fresco full of originality and art. On the same level there is the main bathroom with toilet and glass shower box, completely renovated and refurbished with the integrated wall hairdryer. In the next room there is a walk-in closet, where you can store your clothes or luggage where you will find additional blankets and space for your belongings. The living room that represents the heart of the house is on the second floor, very bright thanks to the windows and the glass wall that connects it to the hallway with sitting area and fireplace. At the center of it there is a coffee table where you can share convivial moments with friends or family surrounded by a double sofa bed in which to relax in front of the HD TV with connection to all the main entertainment channels of the cable TV. The tea lounge is completely surrounded by windows overlooking the rooftops of the town and offers an enchanting atmosphere of relaxation. As in every room, also on this floor we have the ceiling with exposed beams and wooden flooring that offer excellent insulation. The dormer with rocking chair closes the picture of the living room, perfect for reading with a small library full of books on art, psychology, adventure and short stories. Directly in front of the rocking chair we have a view of the majestic Abbey of Follina from the terrace on the roof. Each wood-burning fireplace in the house cannot be used and is not used to heat as there is a central heating system with radiators throughout the house and some rooms also have air conditioners. The fireplaces have become exclusively a piece of furniture that adds historicity to the rooms. The house is cared for in every detail to offer comfort and an atmosphere that makes us go back over the years through objects and furnishings ranging from the 1500s to the present day. Guest access To access the structure, you enter the large wooden door that you find in the photos placed right in front of the stairs of the Abbey of Follina, once you enter the internal courtyard on the right you will find the access door.
