With quick access to Panjim, North Goa beaches, and top attractions, it’s perfect for families, longer stays, or remote work. Spread across two levels, the home features tasteful décor, plenty of natural light, and modern amenities to make your stay relaxing and hassle-free Living Area: The air-conditioned living room is furnished with a cozy sofa set and opens to a private balcony with sit-out seating. Flat-screen LED TV with Tata Sky Wi-Fi provided Dining & Kitchen: The dining area includes a six-seater table, great for meals or remote work. The kitchen is well-equipped with: Double-door fridge Microwave Induction cooktop with compatible cookware Hot water kettle Water purifier Frying pan, kadai, crockery, and basic cutlery Bedrooms: All three bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and feature: Double beds Double-door wardrobes Bedside tables Ceiling fans Room 1 – Master Bedroom (Upper Floor): Attached modern bathroom Access to a private balcony Room 2 – Master Bedroom 2 (Upper Floor): Attached bathroom with 24/7 hot & cold water Room 3 – Guest Bedroom (Lower Floor): Shares a common bathroom Same elegant furnishings and AC comfort Additional Amenities: Apartment on the 1 st floor with a Lift Powerback provided by the Partment complex society Two private balconies with sit-out chairs Fully-automatic washing machine Ironing board, clothes drying stand, and hangers Complimentary toiletries Secured onsite parking Housekeeping every alternate day Guest access You have the whole apartment to yourself, make yourself at home! Other things to note ■This is a Private Residence and not a hotel, Our property managers and housekeeping executives will be there for your comfort at normal working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM. During power cuts . NO Acs will work only Fans and light will work on the backup . SECURITY DEPOSIT We collect a refundable security deposit of ₹5000 at check-in. It needs to be deposited only via BHIM-UPI (Bank app), PhonePe, Paytm or Gpay. Payment via CRED, Credit Cards etc. will attract 1-3% additional fee. Refunds are processed by 4 PM on check-out day or the next business day if check-out falls on a Sunday or public holiday after deducting any damages or losses to the property. If damages exceed the security deposit, the guest will be required to pay the difference via cash or UPI. -- ■Playing of loud music in the apartment or inside the complex area is not permitted. If you are found violating the rules we sadly might have to ask you to leave the premises without any warning. ■Smoking is allowed only in the Balcony area , kindly use ashtray and dont throw the cigarette buts outside the balcony or garden area of the complex you will be asked to pick it up yourself. ■Smoking and drinking is not allowed in the common area of the residential complex. If found otherwise, we will have to ask you to vacate the room immediately (no warnings will be given). No refund will be provided. ■ Guests are usually expected to clean up dishes themselves. ■We require guests id's with address proof of each and every individual checking in, prior to their arrival for your smooth check-in and guest fails to submit their ids will not allow to check-in in the property. This is mandatory by Goa Govt.
