Walk over to Clearwater Beach, our famous sugar white sands greet your feet as you stroll over to the dazzling blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements: You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must be one of the occupants. Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, April, June, July to Mid-August. One week minimum stay. Rest of the year 5 night minimum, except holidays. Holidays are 7-day minimum; Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, Easter, and 4th of July. No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit No Fishing Off the Docks. No Parties.
