Fishermans Cottage - Stunning Views close to town.

Pristine and beautiful 2 bedroom house located at the River Drowes which is also the border of Leitrim and Donegal. This cute house has stunning views of the Drowes River, river mouth and also the Atlantic Ocean. Another bonus of this house is that overlooks some of Bundorans best surfing waves and you often see the Salmon jumping out the water along the river. A perfect family getaway along the Wild Atlantic Way. Enjoy the terrace and picnic table outside right on the river drowns. The space The two bedrooms are downstairs and the kitchen, living room and laundry is upstairs. In Room one there is a double bed and the room has an ensuite shower. IN the other room are two single beds also with an ensuite shower. Upstairs there is a sofa bed that folds out into bedding for 2. The cottage is ideal for 4 persons but can have 6. We have a baby cot at the cottage for the very young ones. Other things to note Please note that we collect a Security Authorisation of €200 during your stay - which is released at check out. The Security Authorisation is taken through our internal guest portal application and you will need to enter your payment details to complete the authorisation before you check in to the property. A security authorisation is not a deposit as no funds leave your account. It simply means that your bank places a hold on funds during your stay. The reason for this is if there is an exceptional case of anti social behaviour or damage to the property and we must make an insurance claim or pay for additional cleaning, damage etc or where our terms and conditions are broken.
