It's in a small neighborhood in the hamlet once part of the Borscht Belt resort scene of the 20s to 70s. It is a great place to unwind, enjoy nature, and partake in outdoor activities. It's minutes from Stage Door Manor, Sat Nam Yoga Center, The Discovery Center, Lochmor Golf Course, Walnut Mountain Park, Apple Pond Farm, Bethel Woods Arts Center, Resorts World Catskills Casino, and more! The space This clean, no-frills home can accommodate a couple or a small family or group of friends. The home has a front porch and a large wrap-around deck for relaxing or eating outdoors. There is an open kitchen/dining/living room. The kitchen is equipped with the basics for cooking meals at home. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a utility room with a washer and dryer. Wifi is included. New beds and dressers. You will have access to the entire home. **COVID-19 notice: I am making extra efforts to clean and disinfect the house after each guest's stay. Wash your own dishes, cooking pans, and utensils and put them away. Clean up spilled food on counters, dining table, and in the oven. This is not part of the host's or housekeeper's job. We do general clean up, disinfecting, wash linens, dispose of trash, etc. but we do not want to clean up your messes. Also, please do not take mattresses off beds. We care very much for your health and safety and take extra efforts to clean and disinfect the house after each guest's stay. No pets and no more than 5 people staying in the house, please!
