Imagine a little cocoon of serenity and greenery right in the heart of Val d'Europe, in a residential area renowned for its peace and quiet, close to Disneyland Paris. A modern pied-à-terre full of charm, very central yet enjoying a rare peace and quiet. La Villa Omagny was born from the desire of 2 former hotel professionals to create a "special" place to enjoy a new way of life, in this quiet and highly sought-after area of the "Hameau des étangs". This pretty individual house welcomes you all year round for family holidays or a stay with friends. It offers a high level of equipment and quality services that will also delight professionals looking for a place to fall off the beaten track near Paris. ------------------------------------- GUIDED TOUR : discover the place step by step... ------------------------------------- On D-Day, you will arrive in a quiet residential area through wooded driveways that will lead you directly in front of this house with its ecru facade. If you have a vehicle (car, motorcycle...), you will have the chance to park on the outdoor parking space in front of the house. As soon as you arrive, you will be surprised by this small facing due south elevated terrace... but we will talk about it again below... Push the front door of La Villa Omagny and let yourself be surprised by a very bright open space, with a modern and colourful decoration, with its original paintings in an assertive style. Take a look a little further and you will definitely be attracted by the terrace and garden, accessible from this huge living room. On the right, the fully equipped American-style kitchen awaits the most discerning gourmets. Induction hobs, vacuum cleaner, fan-assisted oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, ice machine, blender, juicer... not to mention the complete kitchenware and crockery at your disposal, including champagne flutes! Everything has been thought out so that you have everything you need. The kitchen bar allows the backstage Chef to fully enjoy the moment with his guests and prepare a good meal on the adjacent dining room table in a friendly atmosphere. With its refined lines and its view of the garden, pleasant moments are in perspective at La Villa Omagny! The lounge area is not to be outdone with its 2 comfortable grey sofas, its coffee tables, its small stools, its Louis XVI medallion style chair and its flat screen television. You can spend beautiful movie evenings (French and international channels, access to your Netflix account...) or relax by reading the books and magazines or the abundant tourist documentation available... all this with a bird's eye view of the garden. In the background, you’ll find a small office area, ideal to install your computer and enjoy unlimited wifi internet access, available throughout the house. Still on the ground floor is a toilet with washbasin and mirror. ------------------------------------- Hotel QUALITY.... ------------------------------------- The first floor of La Villa Omagny has 4 rooms with a soft style and personalised decoration. Choice of materials, neat paintings on the walls, harmonious colors, quality furniture and bedding (French brand): attention to detail is the key word. 3 "double" rooms are at your disposal with 160x200cm and 26cm thick hotel quality mattresses, for particularly relaxing nights. They all have individual bedside tables and lamps, a chest of drawers, a chair, an armchair and a mirror. One of them also offers a flat screen TV, a large closet with sliding doors and above all a small facing south terrace. The wooden floor gives the whole a very warm atmosphere. The 4th bedroom has two bunk beds with a trundle bed, ideal to put up to 3 children to sleep. Childcare equipment is available (high chair, cot, changing mat, baby bathtub), as well as toys that will seduce the youngest ones. A large closet is available to store all your personal belongings. A bathroom with a bathtub, a large basin and a mirror, along with a shower room with a shower, a basin, a mirror and an electric towel dryer, conclude the visit of the first floor of La Villa Omagny. A washing machine is at your disposal, as well as a clothes line, an ironing board and an iron. All household linen is provided (hand towels, Le Jacquart Français bathroom linen), as well as organic body and hair shower gel, and liquid hand soap. Beds are made upon your arrival. When you arrive at my detached house, with its fully enclosed garden and terrace, a private parking space is available outside just in front of the main entrance. You have access to the entire house, inside and out, with the exception of the garage.
