The place is very pleasant to live during the whole year. Romantic for couple but also perfect for a family or big group of friends. A fantastic place where you can refresh your mind far from the chaotic city and with a marvellous lake view!! The space The entire property is available to guests who have the booking. The house is spread over 3 levels. On the first floor there is a living room, kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom; on the second floor there are two double bedrooms, a common area with the option for a sofa bed, a second bathroom, and a balcony. Then, the upper level with a large living room, fireplace, and the views of Bolsena Lake. Completing the property, there is a terrace overlooking the famous Rocca Farnese, one of Capodimonte's main attractions. Upon request, and subject to availability, there is a space available for storing bicycles at a rate of 20 euros per night. Guest access The accommodation is entirely at the disposal of those who make the booking. There are no common areas to share with guests outside of the group.
