Welcome to our 10-person cottage, a renovated old farmhouse, ideal for large families or groups of friends. Located in the heart of the countryside, you will enjoy a quiet and green environment, just 5 minutes from Casteljaloux, its shops and restaurants. You can also enjoy the outdoor spaces shared with the second gîte: swimming pool, trampoline and ping pong table, for a friendly vacation in the heart of nature. The space Even before entering the cottage, you will enjoy a large private terrace equipped with a dining table, an outdoor sofa, a barbecue, and an umbrella. Facing the pool, it is ideal for sharing good times with family or friends. Inside, a large living area combines the kitchen, dining room and living room. Completely renovated in 2026, the kitchen is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and a large countertop that also serves as a bar. The cottage also has air conditioning. The accommodation includes five bedrooms: two bedrooms with double beds on the ground floor, two bedrooms with double beds upstairs, and one bedroom with a bunk bed. You will find a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet, as well as a second separate toilet. This gite is only available during the summer, as it does not yet have a heating system. Guest access You can enjoy the entire vacation rental as well as its private terrace. You also have access to the common areas of the estate: the swimming pool (open until 8:30 PM), the trampoline, the ping-pong table and the garden. These amenities are shared with guests in our second gite. Parking is free on the property. Motorcyclists are welcome and can park their motorbikes safely. Other things to note The property includes two cottages (6 and 10 people) that share the outdoor areas, including the pool. Our house is located on the same property, but separate from the accommodations. The cottages are completely non-smoking, and parties or events are not allowed. Dogs are welcome (maximum 2/3 per cottage) with a supplement of €10 per dog per night. They must be kept on a leash on the property and must not chase the animals present on the property (chickens, sheep, pigs, dogs, and cats). The number of guests indicated at booking must be respected (children over 2 years old count as one person). Outside visitors are not allowed
