Waking up to this beauty, bathed in radiant light, is an indescribable feeling. Explore trekking, boating, and paragliding that are available at short distances. The space Most people, though, simply love to laze on the deck, soak in the view, and listen to birdsong. To that effect, we provide: - Power back-up, heaters, TV, WiFi - Iron, torch, washing machine, clothes dryer - Wardrobe, hangers, hair-dryer - Secured parking space for 3 cars Space: Let us walk you through the villa BEDROOMS - There are 3 bedrooms. - Heaters, TVs and attached bathrooms are offered in all the rooms. - Balconies are offered in all the rooms. - All bedrooms have double beds. BATHROOMS - There are 3 bathrooms - all attached. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS: - The living room seats up to 8-10 people. - It offers TV and WiFi. - There is a lawn with seating for up to 8 people. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a gas stove, a microwave, and a water purifier. - Crockery and cutlery are available for up to 12 people. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary. - Vegetarian and non-vegetarian lunch and dinner can be provided at an additional cost. - Cook is available at additional cost. Groceries will be charged as per actuals. However, under this arrangement, guests will have to use their own provisions for breakfast. - Snacks can be provided at an additional cost on an a la carte basis. - Guests can also choose to eat out at nearby restaurants. Guest access The guests have access to their unit only. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide driver accommodation within the villa premises. However, it can be arranged nearby at an additional cost of Rs.700 per person, per night. The stay cost does not include meals, which must be arranged separately. Meals will not be provided at the villa. Maid accommodation charges are Rs 1500 + 12% GST per person, per day (not inclusive of meals). ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy playing indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take peaceful walks in the village, to the stunning Pine Glade in one direction or to Sunset Point, from where you can see Naukuchiatal Lake, in the other. They can also ask for a bonfire to be lit up for as they indulge in conversations with their loved ones. HOME TRUTHS - Please note, if this listing is booked there may be other guests besides you and your group here. - This is a standalone property. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - Although safe, the owners will have to park their vehicles at their own risk. - WiFi, although available, is subject to network availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio, Airtel, and Vi work fairly well here. - Please note that the property does not offer ACs. ADDITIONAL COSTS: - The indoor fireplace can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 800 per 3 hours. - A bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1800. - A barbecue can be arranged at an additional cost.
