Cosy mid terrace house with well stocked kitchen/diner. We are conveniently located for business travellers and visiting friends and family in Leigh, Wigan, St Helens, Bolton, Manchester. Haydock racecourse, Pennington National Park is a 10 min drive away. Furnished with comfort in mind and easy access to M6 and M62. Gardens to front and rear and driveway to side. The accommodation is homely yet modern and has just undergone a refurb. The space You will be staying in the whole house reserved just for you and your friends. Note that prices start at 1 person up to 4 people and each person is charged a nightly rate. Please enter number of guests when booking to avoid confusion and additional charges after booking. There are 2 spacious double beds, a well equipped kitchen diner and a cosy living room. The back patio area and garden is secure for those who wish to bring their beloved pets with them. Guest access You will have the run of the house for your stay. You will be provided a code to open a key safe. You then can let yourself in at your leisure.
