This condo had been updated late fall 2018 with a new fold-out sofa bed, chairs in the living room, kitchen and bathroom flooring, fresh paint in bedrooms and bathroom, and many other upgrades. Whether you’ve got a trip to Killington in mind with friends or family, this property is an awesome choice for your stay due to its plethora of amenities and having both a beautiful and convenient location. Take in the breathtaking, panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and forest from the wide windows or open-air deck of this condo, which naturally light up the roomy living room. In the living room, a cozy, eclectic alpine-chic ambiance sets the mood for days of fun and relaxation in Killington through fresh mountain décor, bright pops of color, plush furnishings (including a full-sized fold-out sofa bed), a rustic wood paneled accent wall. Adjacent to the living room is the cheerfully vibrant full kitchen, outfitted with an array of appliances and ample countertop space. Here, you and your guests can utilize this space for dining in with ease, whether your menu consists of a home-cooked meal or delicious leftovers from the bar and restaurant located onsite. Dine together at the dining table or on the breezy deck-style balcony while overlooking swathes of lush greenery and towering mountain peaks. Sleep off your food coma in 1 of this condo’s 2 bedrooms, which boast soft beds, smooth sheets, quaint alpine décor, high-end flat screen televisions, and stunning views of Killington’s gorgeous natural landscape from their wide windows. The master bedroom features a comfy queen bed, while the 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed set and two extra beds in a spacious layout. Please note: Effective as of November 19, 2021, due to safety concerns raised by the discovery of some serious structural issues during the property’s recent annual engineering construction evaluation, the Pool, Hot Tubs, Saunas, Racquetball Court, and Locker Room areas of the Mountain Green Health Club will be closed until further notice and for the season. Only the lower level of the Health Club is affected by this closure and Mountain Green still remains one of Killington's premier locations within walking distance, or a short shuttle ride, to SnowShed and Rams Head Base Lodges and Lifts. The Health Club Fitness, Weight, Cardio, and Massage & Spa Treatment areas are not affected, and the Hops on the Hill Restaurant and Lounge, Black Dog Ski & Snowboard Shop and Rentals, Four Seasons Real Estate Office, and the Mountain Green Laundromat also are not affected by the pool closure. For safety reasons, the fireplaces at Mountain Green are temporarily unavailable until further notice per the order of the State of Vermont Fire Marshal. There is an hourly bus service available daily from 8 am to 10 pm that will take you from the resort to just about anywhere in Killington including the restaurants and shops along the Killington Road and into Rutland for only $3.00 per ride. There is also a shuttle bus to the lifts at Snowshed that stops at the resort every 15 minutes during weekends and holidays, but there is no shuttle service midweek this season, it is an easy walk across the Snowshed parking lot to the lifts. As per Mountain Green's policy, pets are not allowed in this condo. Also, GetAway Vacations is not responsible for the opening and closing hours and the operation of the Mountain Green Resort amenities. Vermont Meals & Rooms Tax Account: MRT-10067229-025 From the parking lot, follow the pathway into the building. You can either take the stairs or the elevator to Floor D. When standing in front of the building, the elevator is located just inside the right-side entryway. Killington The Marble Valley Transit (The Bus) Shuttle between Mt Green and the ski area from 8 am to 4 pm. this is a free shuttle during those hours. After 4 pm, the shuttle will service the restaurants and nightclubs. There is a small fee to use the shuttle after 4 pm. Pillows and blankets for the sofa bed are in the bedroom closet. Please do not remove towels from the unit; there are towels at the pool and health club facility for you to use. Bring all trash and recycling to the trash dumpsters next to the ski lockers in the upper parking lot.
