You will be pleased with this spacious 2 bedroom apartment, including a full kitchen, bathroom, living room and front room, with a dining table and nook for conversation. Treat yourself to the comfortable king size bed in one bedroom and a very comfortable queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom, which has a sitting area by the window. Kitchen appliances include microwave, refrigerator, stove, toaster oven, electric tea kettle & kureig. For your convenience, there is also a washer and dryer in the kitchen. The dining area is positioned in the turret, with 5 windows for multiple views and there is a cozy sitting area for tea and conversation. The couch pulls out to a queen size bed. The living room has a plush couch, which pulls out to a queen size bed, and an electric fireplace adds ambiance. A flat screen TV, with a roku device, tops the mantel of the electric fire place. The TV is not connected to cable. For your convenience, there is a desk with a cell phone tower charger. Enjoy a full length tub/shower in the bathroom, with open shelving for linens and a full length mirror hangs on the back of the door. French doors give an open concept feel between the the living room and dining area. Both have beautiful hardwood floors. All the comforts of home awaiting your arrival! Guest access Our guests have their own private entrance, which is the front door and your private driveway is to the left of the house. The foyer lights will automatically come on with movement. This is a 2 family home, we reside on the 1st floor and welcome you to the apartment on the 2nd floor. Other things to note Some helpful information: extra pillows are in the bedroom closets. Each room has its own thermostat Extra blankets and pillow cases in bedroom 1, are in the top drawer. in bedroom 2, they're in the chest. Light switches, outside porch and inside foyer are automatically set for movement. Your driveway is to the left of the house as you face the house. Your private entrance is the front door.
