A high-quality apartment with a private sauna, private terrace and large garden with a natural pond – perfect for a break for two. Peace, privacy and that special feeling of "just being allowed to be". 💚 The space The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail and combines modern comfort with a natural environment. Warm materials, high-quality furnishings and a quiet atmosphere create a place where deceleration happens automatically. Your very own highlight: The private sauna area – ideal for relaxing moments of well-being after a day at the lake or in the city. From your own terrace you can look out into the countryside. The large garden with a natural pond, sun loungers and fireplace invites you to slowly end the day – perhaps with a glass of wine in the open air. A small leisure room with table tennis, darts and table football provides playful variety. Wi-Fi, air conditioning and parking directly at the house are of course available. And sometimes a little extra awaits you: fresh organic eggs from our chickens – an honest piece of country life that makes your stay a little more special. A supermarket can be reached in just three minutes by car. Since there is no regular bus connection, we recommend traveling by your own vehicle. Guest access You will enjoy the entire apartment including private sauna all to yourself. Your terrace and garden with natural pond are also freely available to you during your stay. Sun loungers, a fireplace and lots of greenery create an atmosphere that you only know from vacation catalogs – only very private. Please note that the use of the sauna, fireplace and natural pond is your own responsibility. Check-in is flexible, check-out is by 11 am. Other things to note This apartment is an adult accommodation and is not suitable for children due to the natural pond. We are a non-smoking house, pets are not allowed. Since we live on the property ourselves, you may encounter our dog, our cats or our chickens – a small piece of authentic country life is simply part of it. Whether a romantic weekend, a conscious break or just a few days away from everyday life – here you will find peace, nature and privacy in a special form.
