The well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare anything from a leisurely breakfast to dinner after a day exploring Loch Lomond. TWO BEDROOMS & TWO EN-SUITE BATHROOMS Blair Byre sleeps four guests in two spacious bedrooms: • Main bedroom: a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. • Twin bedroom: two single beds and a private en-suite bathroom. The layout gives families and friends the convenience of a bathroom for each bedroom. PRIVATE GARDEN & PATIO Enjoy your own garden, with a stream and peaceful places to sit outdoors. The patio is a lovely spot for morning coffee, outdoor meals or an evening barbecue. Take time to enjoy the greenery and watch for birds and other wildlife visiting the garden. YOUR OWN ENTRANCE & PARKING Blair Byre is close to Blair Cottage but has its own separate entrance, private garden and dedicated parking. The accommodation is entirely for your use. Guest access EXCLUSIVE USE You will have exclusive use of the entire cottage, its private garden and patio. These areas are not shared with other guests. PRIVATE PARKING Free private parking is available on the premises. UTILITY ROOM & STORAGE You will have access to the utility room, with space to store walking boots and bikes and dry wet outdoor gear after a day exploring Loch Lomond. Other things to note FOOD & GROCERIES Blair Byre enjoys a peaceful rural setting. The nearest substantial supermarket is approximately 10 miles away, so we recommend doing your main food and drink shopping before arrival. This will help you settle in without needing to head straight back out. WI-FI & MOBILE RECEPTION Reliable Wi-Fi is available for streaming and video calls. Mobile reception can be patchy in the surrounding area. We recommend enabling Wi-Fi Calling on your phone before arrival. LIFE IN THE NATIONAL PARK The surrounding woodland is home to local wildlife, so keep an eye out for birds and other visitors to the garden. During the warmer months, we recommend bringing insect repellent for Scottish midges. Bring walking boots or wellies for exploring the local trails, which can be muddy. The utility room provides space for drying wet walking gear. STAYING WITH DOGS Up to two dogs are welcome at Blair Byre. Please keep dogs off sofas and beds, and do not leave them alone in the cottage. The garden is not fully enclosed, so dogs must be supervised outdoors. Keep them under control and on a lead around sheep and other livestock, and avoid disturbing local wildlife. Please pick up after your dogs in the garden and on local walks.
