Baan Santhiya DELUXE Villa is situated in the quiet yet easily accessible area of Na-Thai, Aonang, just 7 mins (3km) drive from the beachfront with our FREE Tuk Tuk service. The villas offer quiet, peaceful and luxurious surroundings for families, groups or couples. We have a collection of 6 villas, managed from our on-site office by a dedicated team of staff. We are a fully-licensed resort (hotel licence 70/2560). The space This was our family home from when we completed the project of 4 houses in 2008 until July 2019, when we relocate to Portugal for our sons' education. We LOVE our house and have spent a great deal of time replacing all furniture and re-decorating. It differs from our other Baan Santhiya Villas in that: 1. It has an extension of the open plan kitchen / living area (air conditioned), 2. The swimming pool has a 'jacuzzi' bench and waterfall. Included in the price, you get 2 round-trip tuk-tuk transfers PER DAY to the beachfront in the daytime (200 baht per trip charge at night-time). We have a total of 6 villas in our small quiet side-street. 24 hour security + CCTV. Breakfast can be cooked and served in the villa - Continental breakfast @ 150 baht per person & American breakfast @ 250 Baht per person. Guest access You will have the entire villa to yourselves - 3 bedrooms, open plan kitchen, living area and 6x3m pool with sunloungers. There is parking for 2 cars + motorbikes. Other things to note The villas are in a quiet side-street in the Nathai area of Aonang. A few minutes walk away, you will find 2 minimarts, Talay Bar and Restaurant, which serves Thai and Western food, and Hot Dog & Cold Cat Bakery. There is a very good Thai restaurant ''Yim Restaurant & Cafe'' just 2 minutes' walk from the villas open 11am-10pm daily. There is a French bakery ''Hot Dog and Cold Cat'' about 7 minutes' walk away. There are 2 supermarkets in Aonang (only 3 minutes' from the villa with our tuk-tuk service) - Lotus and Makro. Fresh markets also set up daily in varying locations, and the best seafood market is in Krabi Town VERY early in the morning! Aonang has a vast array of restaurants, street food stalls and bars.
