La maison du sculpteur; monumental, wonderful house

Our monumental house has been completely renovated and refurbished and decorated in 2018 and 2019. Downstairs: a spacious kitchen, fully furnished. Large bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Dining room, relaxing armchairs and lounge/TV room with pellet stove and stairs to the 1st floor: upstairs there are 3 bedrooms available for 5 people and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The space The rooms are equipped with every comfort and convenience. For example, the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, oven, microwave and an espresso machine on beans. There is a dining room, reading corner and lounge room with a very large corner sofa, central pellet heating and TV. Wi-Fi is available, and you can use a music system. Outside is a private patio with a terrace with dining table and a wooden terrace with a lounge set and a shed with 2 floors. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms available for guests. First bedroom has a double bed with sliding doors to a balcony, 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and the 3rd bedroom has a single bed. There is an ironing board with iron. The large bathroom with bath and toilet is located downstairs. Upstairs there is a small bathroom with shower and toilet. Guest access You have access to the entire house and garden. House has thick interior walls and bedrooms are not next to each other. This ensures privacy in the different bedrooms. Other things to note Electricity is not included in the rental price, we calculate this separately. We charge €0.45 per kWh.
