Davide & Mary Friendly House

We are a couple of travelers and out of passion we decided to create a Friendly house. The apartment is in a central and strategic location. We are close to: the Maggiore hospital, the university, the center, Viale Roma. Within 50 meters you can find the bus stop and all services. Important The apartment has 2 bedrooms. For up to 2 people, we provide a bedroom of the guests' choice and the other is closed. We cannot accept pets The space We offer an apartment with a raised floor of 8 steps, newly renovated and newly furnished with a large bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen equipped with an induction stove, coffee machine, tea and herbal teas. The apartment has a small balcony to be used as a smoking area. We offer all our guests free of charge: sheets, towels, shampoo, bath, hairdryer, fiber wi-fi, air conditioning, washing machine, clothes drying rack, dishwasher with detergents.
