Quiet Room W. Reno by Truckee River-Hot Tub $10 pp

Please read entire listing and house rules. Our home is nestled against the hills in a secluded small community near the Truckee River. Hiking trails, a riverwalk path and small brewery are walkable. A shopping center and freeway access are 10 min. away by car. Downtown Reno is less than 6 miles away while N. Lake Tahoe, Donner Lake, Truckee and ski resorts like Palisades, Northstar and Boreal are only approx. 40 min-1 hour up the hill. Have a great place to stay near Tahoe for Reno prices. The space The great things about our split level house is that it allows us to occupy the upstairs portion while the three Airbnb rooms are all downstairs. It is in a small quiet neighborhood backed up against the hills and close to the Truckee River. So while it is somewhat secluded, everything you need is just a short 10 minute drive away. Guest access We will most likely be home to let you in. If not, however, you will gain entrance to our home through the front door with a code we will provide. You will have access to the downstairs area which includes a bathroom with double vanities, a living room with t.v. and cable, a nook with plates, cups, bowls and silverware, coffee, tea, coffee maker and microwave, a baker's rack with toaster oven. There is a fridge in the garage if you have need of it. Access to the garage is limited to the fridge if necessary. There is no kitchen access. Your room has a 24-in fire TV. We have two other rooms available. If you are our only guests, the hot tub, bathroom and living room will be private. If there are other guests, they will be shared areas. The only reason we would have to come downstairs is to use the laundry room or access the garage. We live upstairs so that area is off limits unless otherwise specified. If you choose to use the hot tub, it will be an additional $10 per person per night of use. Hot tub closes at 9pm Sun-Thurs and 10pm Fri&Sat. We love our neighbors so please be quiet and respectful. During your stay We occupy the upstairs portion of the house. If you need anything or have any questions, please send us a message through Airbnb. Other things to note We have our Pom puppy Truckee. We will keep him completely away from you unless you want to love on him of course. :) The breakfast provided will be simple breakfast / granola type bars, oatmeal, mini muffins and fruit. The cell service is fairly weak here unless you have Verizon. However, after connecting to our wifi, if you activate wifi calling on your phone, you should have service. We do live near train tracks. In the summer with the windows open for cool air at night, there is the possibility to hear train horns. There are fans in each room to keep cool and for white noise. Please do not book for someone other than yourself and your guest.
