Strawberry Hill Tolroy Manor sleeps 5

20 Strawberry Hill is on Tolroy Manor Holiday Park. You can enjoy the swimming pool, tennis court, and play area. There is an on site Restaurant and Bar and shop for any essentials. This property can be used as a quiet base for exploring west Cornwall or just to relax and take advantage of the facilities on site. Perfect for small groups and families. 15 min drive from St Ives and Penzance. Parking. WiFi in house The space Last year 2021, we totally updated the bathroom, with a fantastic rain shower, tiling, heater, fan and new suite. Last year we installed new Velux windows with solar powered blinds. We have already added brand new items like a new larger TV and DVD player, toaster,and kettle. There is a new picnic table outside on the patio which you can enjoy. For 2022 we have removed the bunks and put in a full sized single bed so its not so cramped. We have updated the hob to an induction panel and have put in a larger fridge/freezer, making it easier to store food for cooking or a couple of cheeky ice creams. There is parking on the communal car park. We will provide toilet rolls, hand soap, bedding and a bath towel per person. There will be tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits for your arrival. Guest access If you want to use these facilities you just need to go to the reception who will issue you with wrist bands. Restaurant/bar. Swimming pool (booking is required due to Covid restrictions) tennis court, play areas. Parking. Evening entertainment. On site shop and laundry. Plenty of outside seating at the bar with waitress service or take a trip into hayle for a takeaway. Please note that the park closes from October until March, so the park facilities will be unavailable if you book outside of this time, ie February Half term. Other things to note This property has parking for several cars in a communal car park on site so making it easy to go off and visit other towns without losing your parking space, which previous guests have loved.
