License number: Nantou County Homestay No. 686 The space The cost of the entire Jimei B&B, in addition to the number of rooms you book, does not include other locked rooms (please do not force entry, otherwise an additional fee will be charged) and ownership of the 1st floor (so the 1st floor is a common area, but only you use it, no one else will enter, including the host). From now on, a security deposit of $3,000 is required for accommodation. During the stay, the common area on the 1st floor provides: electric mahjong machine, Wi-Fi, 4K network 65-inch LED TV, 4th TV, video player, split air conditioner. The simple kitchen includes a floor-standing water dispenser, mineral water, electric pot, card gas stove (the building fee does not include the gas tank), microwave, large refrigerator, various pots and bowls, basic seasoning, but the gas tank connected to the kitchen stove has been removed, so it cannot be used for cooking. American barbecue grill is provided outside on the 1st floor (holiday use only), the private fee does not include ingredients, charcoal, etc. At the end of the 3rd floor/3rd floor stairs, on the left side, there is a baby bath tub, crib, baby bedding, which you need to assemble/restore to its original condition/put back in its original place. All bedrooms have split air conditioning, 43 ~ 55-inch LED TV. The bathroom is designed with wet and dry separation, providing shower/thermostat equipment, wireless remote control cold and warm dryer, bidet, etc. Guest access In addition to the number of rooms you booked, no other locked rooms are included, please do not force entry, otherwise a fee will be charged, other common areas are available. Other things to note 1: Breakfast is not included in the room rate, please order online or order from a delivery platform. 2: A security deposit of $3,000 is required for stays starting today. The security deposit will be refunded in full by transfer the next night after check-out and cleaning. 3. Guests are asked not to bring pets or bring pets to the accommodation without informing us. PS: When parking on the street, it is best to leave contact information in the car. 5: In accordance with the relevant regulations of the Taiwan Tourism Bureau, this B&B will no longer provide complimentary disposable supplies/toothbrush toothpaste sets, combs, razors, shower caps, and small soaps from 1/1/2025. If you need it, $10 will be charged for 1 set of the above items, not sold separately, please let us know before check-in.
