Unit 1 is a totally private area of our home, comprising a large bedroom with en-suite, a spacious living/dining area with a day bed, a kitchenette plus a private porch and entry. Please note that there are other units adjoining your private suite and some noise transfer is possible and we respectfully request you to be considerate of other guests during your stay with us. Smoking, vaping or the use of candles is prohibited due to fire risk. Unaccompanied teenagers are not accepted. The space Very spacious and private suite with polished solid jarrah flooring throughout. Easy access to all that Bunbury has to offer and only minutes to the beach, CBD, Cappuccino Strip and all on Bunbury's major shopping centres. Please note that the unit has only one bathroom which is ensuite to the bedroom that must be accessed through the main bedroom. Ideal for parents with children but may be a privacy issue for unrelated guests. Please also note that due to steps up into the unit, floor level changes within the unit and a hob in the shower, this accommodation is not suitable for mobility impaired guests. The property is located at the approximate geographic centre of the Bunbury region with very easy access to shops, restaurants, sporting facilities and hospitals. Guest access You will have exclusive use of your accommodation suite and private porch and entry for your entire stay.
