Karoola Cottage is a modern styled 2 bedroom self contained unit on a 6 acre property located in Karoola. 25 minutes from Launceston and only 5 minutes away from the village of Lilydale which has: Post office, IGA supermarket, Takeaway shop, Service station, Chemist and Lilydale tavern with bottle shop. A lot to see and do within a 45 minute drive radius. Bridestowe Lavender Farm is 29 km from here and 10 minutes away is the famous Treetops Adventure. Nearby are several award winning vineyards. The space The Unit is adjacent but separate from the main house. It has its own entry, garden and driveway with free parking. There is a veranda to sit and relax. It also has its own barbeque area with electric barbeque. Wake up in the morning to the birds or watch the stars at night through the skylight in the main bedroom. If you are lucky you might see our tawny frogmouth owls or a possum or 2. Guest access We are a small hobby farm and have machinery on the property. There are all so 2 dams on the property.
