It has been completely restored, with all the comforts, but respecting all the architectural details of its origin, dating from the seventheenth century. It has an area of 280 m2 and it is the oldest part of the country house called Cal Feixas, which has passed from generation to generation to the present. It has a capacity of 8 to 10 people with autonomy to make life at home. The stone walls in some cases exceed 1.5 m in width, which makes the feeling of inhabiting this space really unique. The thermal amplitude in some rooms between the summer months and the winter months did not exceed 4 degrees Celsius before enjoying the current heating system. The ceilings are authentic, with beams that have more than 3 centuries in some cases and round brick rounds of the time in others. It has 2 fireplaces with a great charm and an inner courtyard with a barbecue. All rooms have a bathroom with all the accessories. The lighting is extremely accurate with alabaster lamps and with indirect lighting points. The kitchen has all the appliances and it is located in a way that is very practical for the occupants. El Bressol de Cal Feixas is located in a small rural village containing about 10 houses, most of the XVI and XVII centuries. The environment is very virgin and it has not undergone major changes over time. There is an old church dedicated to Sant Cristòfol, a sports center and a social place. El Bressol de Cal Feixas is located 17 km from Solsona, capital of the Solsonès region. The transport is by private vehicle and there is a garage for 3 or 4 cars.
