A spacious three bedroom flat in Southern Rosyth. Two twin bedded rooms, a single room and a double sofa bed in the lounge gives this place the capacity to accommodate seven people in comfort. The space Two of the bedroom can be set as either as twin single beds or as King size doubles. The other bedroom is a single. As standard the property is laid out with one room as twin single beds and one room as a King size double. Please let us know if you need an alternative setting. The sofa bed in the lounge is a double in size. The lounge has a 43" TV connected via WiFi to the broadband so Guests can log into their Netflix etc. accounts if desired. The kitchen has cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and all the cutlery and crockery you'll need. We even provide washing liquid & conditioner for the washing machine and soap/shampoo etc in the bathroom. Other things to note Booking Confirmation: Upon completion of your booking, we request all guests to complete a Booking Confirmation Form through Dropbox Sign. If you'd like to review this form before booking, please feel free to request a copy in advance. Pet-Friendly Policy: We're happy to accommodate your furry companions!
