It is located in Sud Charente, in the municipality of Poullignac between Angoulême and Bordeaux, close to Royan, Île-de-Ré and the Dordogne. Enjoy an awakening under the hoistles of the sparrows, a breakfast on the terrace in front of a swallow dance, a walk in the silence of our forests, a nap under the cricket, or a moment of sharing during a barbecue on a hot summer night. Guest access The entire house is dedicated to you as well as all the grounds around. Other things to note Comfort: The house can accommodate 12 people, in 5 bedrooms (including 1 mezzanine), and 3 bathrooms. It is equipped with a large living room of 75 m2 including kitchen, living room and living room with a fireplace. 3 tables are available. The kitchen is equipped with American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooking center, range hood, microwave, toaster, kettle, pod coffee maker, pots, dishes and other cooking utensils, etc. Salt, pepper, olive oil, pasta are provided.
