It is located in South Charente, in the municipality of Poullignac between Angoulême and Bordeaux, close to Royan, Île-de-Ré and the Dordogne. Guest access The entire house is dedicated to you as well as all the land around it. Other things to note Comfort: The house can accommodate 12 people, in 5 bedrooms (including 1 mezzanine), and 3 bathrooms. It has a large living room of 75 m2 including kitchen, living room and living room with a fireplace. 3 tables are available. The kitchen is equipped with an American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooking center, hood, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, pots, dishes and other kitchen utensils, etc. Salt, pepper, olive oil, pasta are provided. The living room includes a large flat-screen TV and a DVD player. The washing machine is located in the laundry room.
