There are various accommodation options, including with pets (see Important Information). The total area of the premises is 103.8 sq.m. There are high, 3.4 m ceilings, spacious rooms with their own history, stunning stucco, an old Russian stove, a fireplace and windows overlooking Zhukovsky and Radishchev streets. We are waiting for you! The space Our apartment is on the 5th floor with views from all windows to a quiet street and into the distance. - Entrance hall - 15.8 sq.m., Kitchen - 13.5 sq.m., Living room - 23.5 sq.m., Bedroom (1) - 30 sq.m., Bedroom (2) - 21 sq.m. (103.8 sq.m.), - 3.4 meters ceilings, - 2 king size beds (180*200, double), - 2 fireplaces (the first is beige, the second is white and brown). Beige - in the bedroom! White and brown in a large living room with a piano and exclusive, preserved, authentic stucco. A real historical salon! - shower room with shower, hygienic shower, toilet and sink, - Kitchen with fridge, gas hob, washing machine, hood and place to cook! Our apartment is located on the 4th floor with all the windows-view in the quiet street and view in the distance. - 15.8 sq.m. hallway, 13.5 sq.m. kitchen, 23.5 sq.m. living room, 30 sq.m. bedroom (1), 21 sq.m. bedroom (2) (103.8 sq.m. total), 3.4 meters ceilings, 2 king size beds (180*200cm, double bed). 2 fireplaces (one is beige and another one is brown with white). One of them is in a large living room with a piano and exclusive original stucco molding! A real historical salon! A shower-room with shower, hygienic shower, toilet and sink. A kitchen with a refrigerator, gas hob, washer, range hood and space for cooking! Guest access Facilities also include: - a long and wide, decorated hallway with a brick wall, a special marble floor and automatic lighting with motion sensors, Here for our guests we have prepared: a range of home slippers (shales) and home terry slippers. In case guests are afraid of catching a cold or just want to walk comfortably not barefoot, but in slippers; a floor hanger for outerwear (street clothes) and sliding, hanging umbrellas (1 for each guest), in case of rain. - A shower room with a special, decorative, moisture-resistant brick wall, an Italian shower and beautiful lighting in the form of a special chandelier on a black ceiling, creating the effect of a UFO in the sky, a separate hanging lamp and light strips for additional decorative lighting. Here guests will find the necessary shower accessories: toilet paper, cotton pads, cotton ear sticks, shower gel, shampoo, bar and liquid soap, a set of dental floss sticks, a set of disposable toothbrushes and a tube of toothpaste (one set per guest). - A kitchen with a gas hob, hood, cooking area, fridge, sink, washing machine, dishwasher and bar counter. Here you will find: dishwashing detergents, dishwashing sponges; dishes - plates, salad bowls, cups, glasses, shots (stacks); cutlery, pans, pots, kitchen boards, coffee press; products - tea, coffee, sugar, cereals (if possible); household goods (in a closed drawer) - garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, washing powder, soap bars, sponges for the sink. In the same closed drawer, there are basic necessities - rice, pasta, salt. In case guests forgot/did not have time to buy groceries in the store or the stores closed for the night, and hunger treacherously caught up:) - A large living room with real stucco and a beautiful, historic fireplace (see photos to the ad); a piano, and two preserved, historic, high and wide windows with wooden frames, views going into the distance with a perspective on Zhukovsky and Radishchev streets and on the roofs; a place for eating and relaxing, a TV, large bookshelves with a huge variety of books from the 1960s and probably earlier periods. Here, for guests: bedside tables; a wardrobe with shelves for things; a wardrobe with hangers for clothes, a dresser with a mirror. - a large bedroom (2) 21 sq.m. with a king size bed (180*200cm, double), two preserved, historical, high and wide windows with wooden frames, views stretching into the distance with a perspective on Zhukovsky and Radishchev streets and on the roofs. There are 2 bedside tables, a dresser, wardrobes for your things, books to spend time romantically and interestingly:) At the disposal of guests: A long and wide decorated hallway with brick wall, special marble floor and automatic light sensors, A shower-room with a special decorated, water-resistant brick wall, Italian shower (roll-in shower) and beautiful lighting per UFO-shaped chandelier, separate hanging lamp and light tapes for beautiful additional lightning, An equipped kitchen with a gas hob, cooking space, a washing machine and a bar counter with an additional outgoing outlet and easily hidden back, - Large living room with stucco molding and beautiful, historical fireplace (check out photos), piano, two authentic, historic, high and wide, wooden framed windows with long-view in the street, place to eat and have some rest, - large bedroom with king-size bed, another one fireplace and other two authentic historic wooden high and wide windows with long-view in the street. Other things to note Please note: If you book an apartment for 1 or 2 guests, you can check in alone or together. You have a full one-bedroom apartment of 30 sq.m. with a beige fireplace (total 82.8 sq.m.). The second bedroom (21 sq. m.) is not included in the reservation for 2 guests (it is not used by anyone, it is not subject to the settlement of strangers). For those who want to stay with us as a couple without paying extra for the second bedroom. If you book an apartment for 3 guests, you can check in as a couple (each guest has a separate bedroom) or as a group of three. You have access to the entire apartment with both bedrooms of 30 sq.m. and 21 sq.m. (total 103.8 sq.m.). You can choose the rooms at your discretion. It will be enough to inform the hosts about how many guests will arrive and how you want to be accommodated. The amount of linen and hygiene products provided will depend on this. If you book an apartment for 4 guests, you can arrive with a group of up to 4 people. You have access to the entire apartment with both bedrooms of 30 sq.m. and 21 sq.m. (total 103.8 sq.m.). You can choose the rooms at your discretion. It will be enough to inform the hosts about how many guests will arrive and how you want to be accommodated. The amount of linen and hygiene products provided will depend on this. If you book for 5 guests, a single bed will be provided for the 5th guest (see photos). For bookings of 28 nights or more (from a month), if 3 or more guests are planned or two bedrooms are needed (for bookings for 2 guests, 1 bedroom is provided by default) - please send us a booking request so that we can inform you of the cost of accommodation, taking into account the discount for long-term accommodation for 3 (three) or more guests or, if necessary, provide a 2nd (second) bedroom, and agree with you on the cost of accommodation. If there are more than 2 guests or you need a 2nd bedroom, the reservation is made for 2 guests, and the extra charge for guests over 2 (two) will be made by sending us an additional payment via Airbnb processing (you will be sent a request to send us an additional payment by mail and in the app). After receiving your approval to send an additional payment, a reservation of 28 nights or more will be made. Please note: If you book apartments for 1 or 2 (one or two) guests - you may move in solo (alone) or double (in couple/ two friends). You will have apartments with one bedroom (30 sq.m., with beige fireplace). The second bedroom (21 sq.m.) is not included in the two-guests (2-guests) booking (is not subject for anybody's using of moving in). For those who wish to stay in our place together (in couple/ two friends) not overpaying for second bedroom. If you book apartments for 3 (three) guests - you may move in double (each guest has separate bedroom) or all three. At your disposal are all the apartments with both bedrooms (30 sq.m. and 21 sq.m.). Accommodation by rooms is at your discretion. You need only to notify the host about the number of guests and how you wish to accommodate. Bed linen volume and hygiene products depend on the number of guests. If you book apartments for 4 (four) guests - you may move in with your group of 4 (four) people inclusice. At your disposal are all the apartments with both bedrooms (30 sq.m. and 21 sq.m.). Accommodation by rooms is at your discretion. You need only to notify the host about the number of guests and how you wish to accommodate them. Bed linen volume and hygiene products depend on the number of guests. If you book a reservation for 5 guests, a rollaway, single bed will be provided for the 5th guest (see photos). We kindly ask you to inform us in advance and clarify the above requests before booking (if early check-in or late check-out are critical) to avoid misunderstandings, as we will need time to coordinate and organize to meet these requests. We will be able to confirm or not confirm early check-in either on the day of your request or no earlier than 24-12 hours before your arrival. Cost of living with a pet: +250 rubles/night per pet. If there are two animals - 200 rubles/night for one animal (400 rubles/night for both). Each such visit is exclusive and requires approval. We will answer your request and send you a Special Accommodation Offer to host you with your beloved pets!:) Just in case! Shower room (toilet): If there is any smell of sewage (it can sometimes appear) - it is necessary to turn on the water in the shower itself, from a small jet, and let the water flow into the shower drain for 5-7 minutes. The smell will disappear. In addition, you can turn on the hood (there is a separate switch for it to the left of the shower door) and let it work for a few minutes while the water is running. The problem of old houses in the city center in terms of sewerage, independent of the owners/ owners of homes, unfortunately. We do apologize for this minor inconvenience! Thank you for your understanding! Please be careful! In summer (mainly in June-July) every year in the central district of St. Petersburg (our apartments are located in this area) there is a shutdown of the central hot water supply along the city highway. There is no hot water in the building for 12-14 calendar days. According to the schedule of the hot water supply shutdown of the St. Petersburg Heating Network (our service company), the hot water in our house is planned to be turned off during the period: 14.07-26.07.2021 (July 14 - July 26, 2021) For this period, we have a 30-liter boiler that operates 24 hours a day in automatic mode, at maximum heating speed and is specially switched on for this period. At other times, when the house is supplied with hot water, the boiler is switched off to resume the use of hot water in normal mode. The boiler heats a full tank of water in about 20-25 minutes, which allows you to compensate as much as possible for the inconvenience of staying in the apartment during this period of outages.
