SeeZeichen No26 Sauna, Terrace & Nature Pool

VACATION APARTMENT, IN SUNNY SOUTHWEST SLOPE LAKE VIEW LOCATION, SAUNA IN THE HOUSE AND WITH HEATED NATURAL POOL IN THE GARDEN. THE VACATION APARTMENT IS LOCATED WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO THE LAKE, VARIOUS SHOPPING FACILITIES AND A VARIETY OF SPORTS. THE LIGHT-FILLED ROOMS WITH PARTIAL LAKE VIEWS, STYLISH FURNISHINGS, AND A SOUTH-FACING TERRACE ARE EQUIPPED WITH MODERN COMFORTS. The space The property offers a 60 square meter terrace facing south, with 'lake view' (a bit of lake view through the bushes) and a beautiful communal garden with heated natural pool, a place of relaxation of a special kind. The terrace is exclusively available to guests of “SeeZeichen-Apartment No26” and offers privacy and protection with a canvas partition to the next apartment. Since the "SeeZeichen-Apartment No. 26" is rather small with 55 square meters of pure living space, we optionally offer the possibility to book an extra room – our SeeLiebe Apartment No. 17 – with 8 square meters. (From 3 people included in the price) with an extra shower and toilet in the shared, lockable sauna area. The extra room is only equipped with a sofa bed, a bean bag and a shelf. It has infrared heating, not underfloor heating, like the rest of our vacation apartments. It is half built into the slope and rather cool, although we have had a wall heater installed. It is located directly opposite the SeeZeichen apartment - once across the corridor. The wellness area in our house with a small Finnish sauna with a steam oven invites you to relax and serves to detoxify and strengthen the immune system. The high-quality bathroom is a light-flooded oasis of well-being with a spacious shower and double sink. Modern comforts include a large flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi as well as several LAN sockets. A cozy pull-out sofa bed in the kitchen-living room offers relaxed hours with your favorite book or movie... A white extendable wooden table and lovingly restored, upholstered vintage chairs invite you to spend entertaining hours at the table. In the small open, modern kitchen, with dishwasher, hob, oven and fridge with freezer, cooking can also be fun on vacation. The apartment is equipped with a design floor in concrete look by the 'Art on Floor' designer Jeanet Hönig, as well as cozy armchairs and a comfortable king size box spring bed and a cozy sofa bed. The furniture and accessories ensure that you feel comfortable and secure in the apartment with up to four people. (maximum 3 adults) The natural materials of the furnishings radiate warmth and provide a relaxed atmosphere. The textile furnishings of the designer Jeanet Hönig contribute significantly to a feel-good ambience. The modern design of the curtains and pillows is unique and makes the apartment very special. Our connection to Lake Constance is also reflected in the selection of our pictures, which accentuate the pleasant lakeside house feeling in the apartment. An extractor hood ensures good air in the kitchen-living room even during cooking orgies. So that you can also enjoy the food in style, we have provided high-quality equipment with porcelain dishes, beautiful glasses, wine and champagne glasses, cutlery, cookware and cooking utensils, towels, pots and pans. SUSTAINABILITY is very important to us. We draw our electricity from our solar modules and the underfloor heating and hot water are fed by the heat pump. We want you to feel comfortable with us, so we ask that you contact us if you need something or something is missing in the apartment. Our lovingly furnished apartment offers you two rooms to feel good: a living bedroom to dream and a small eat-in kitchen with a pull-out sofa bed – perfect for couples, friends or small families. Both rooms open onto the enclosed terrace. Through the garden ponds you come directly to the heart of the house: the communal pool. But beware, dear hermit crabs and warm showers: If you think you have the pool all to yourself – nope, wrong! Here you share water, terrace and sometimes a nice conversation with us and other guests. We are not ghosts – we live here too, work in the garden or jump in briefly to clean the pool (don't be scared!). And the pool? Yes, we heat it – but realistically! Our heat pump ensures that you can swim your laps even in cooler temperatures. But if you expect a tropical bathtub, you should book the Caribbean. In winter, our pool even mutates into an ice bathing spot – wonderful after the sauna and a real booster for the immune system. So, brave ones come forward! In short: If you appreciate nature, sociability, honest hosting and a bit of Mediterranean chaos, you will feel right at home with us. Everyone else... maybe not.
