Apartment Oberhausen Sterkrade 2 (near CentrO)

This apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the house and has 2 floors itself. On the 1st floor there is the first bathroom with shower, a bedroom, the kitchen & the living room with fireplace. The dining area in the living room has a large table where 6 people can sit comfortably. If you find it too narrow, the table can be pulled out even further. On the second floor there are 2 more bedrooms and the second bathroom with a bathtub. The space The apartment is located in an old building from 1912. The ceilings are high and the floor on the first floor is laid with parquet. The fireplace on the first floor invites you to cozy evenings in winter. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishes, children's dishes, cutlery and many other utensils. Both bathrooms have a window. There is a washing machine in the upper bathroom. Near the property is the Sterkrade train station (1 km on foot). The A516, A42 and A3 highways can be reached directly. In just 5 minutes, you can be at the CentrO, the Aquapark, Metronom Theater, Königpilsener Arena. Guest access Guests have sole access to all rooms in the apartment. The basement is not available to guests. Other things to note Check-in is only possible on the day of arrival between 4 pm and 8 pm. After this time window, it is not possible to give the guest access to the apartment. Not even on a subsequent day. Parking is not free in front of the house. Parking costs 1.00 euro per hour on Mondays to Fridays between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm and on Saturdays between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm. From Wednesday before Corpus Christi until the following Monday, the large Corpus Christi fair takes place directly adjacent. It's very hard to find a parking space on those days.
