It is immediately appealing both to families and couples. It is perched 100 metres away from the white sands of Stanmore Bay beach with sea views that immediately relax the senses. Looking out from each room, and the deck, you feel like you are floating on a bed of green pohutakawas looking out to the blue of the ocean. The space The accommodation itself has everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. It is fully air conditioned, super clean and modern yet has the relaxing style of a beach house with big windows and sliders that let's the salt air flow through the house. The property is suited to accommodate families of 7, (5 adults max & 2 children). Fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher & huge fridge/freezer. The Master bedroom(2 pple) and other family bedroom(3 pple) are both doubles with gorgeous views out to the ocean. The 3rd bedroom is suited to 2 children or teenagers on king single bunks. The two adjacent lounges make it easy to pursue different activities whilst inside, great for having the kids occupied whilst the adults can relax. Enjoy our stunning sunsets over a bbq dinner.(Grill available upon request) on our outdoor deck facing the beach. There are two showers, one inside and one outside and it is truly set up for long or short term stays with laundry facilities and plenty of storage. The beach is safe for swimming, is tree lined for shade and sits right on a large park with picnic tables and a river running through it. The kids won't know what to do with themselves given the choice of activities including large modern playground, flying fox, climbing web, skate park, outdoor basketball court, it goes on. And for the boatees there is the easy-to-launch Stanmore Bay boat ramp 1 minute away from the house. The property also has offstreet parking for two vehicles & a boat park. A short drive away is the Whangaparaoa Plaza boasting a supermarket, library and four theatre movie complex. Also located just 400 metres away is a Recreational Sports Center consisting of a heated indoor pool, outdoor children's splashpad, fitness gym & indoor basketball courts. There is a selection of restaurants & dining establishments just a 2 minute drive away. And if you want to shop, the Silverdale retail and outlet shopping center is less than 10 minutes away. Honestly, once you are here at the Stanmore Beach house you will not want to leave. Guest access Guests have access to the total property including grounds. There are two sea kayaks for guest use, buckets & spades for children's beach activities. A selection of kid's bikes & skate boards available for guest use at no cost.
