Spacious duplex cottage, located at the bottom of the Domaine des Sources (No. 314), above the path that descends to the beach of Gua des Brasses (500 m away). Beautiful views of the wooded hills, the top of the Rebondines Islands and Lake Raviège, from the bay window and terrace facing west and at sunset over the lake and the Tarnaise mountains. The lake view is stunning from upstairs. The space 44 m² cottage + 10 m² terrace Ground floor: equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, 4-burner glass-ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave oven, electric oven, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, refrigerator with large freezer compartment, raclette/stone grill/electric barbecue, washing machine). Living room with sofa bed sleeps 2, TV. Toilet. Large balcony not overlooked, parasol and garden furniture. FIRST FLOOR: One bedroom with a double bed (9 m²). A small bedroom (7 m²) with 2 bunk beds. Bathroom with bathtub and sink. Baby equipment available: folding crib with mattress, folding changing table, bathtub, high chair. Closet in every room. Guest access The cottage is completely private. The spaces shared with other vacationers or residents of the area are outdoor: ping-pong tables, petanque court, and generally all outdoor spaces. The gîte is not accessible to people with reduced mobility (bedrooms and bathroom upstairs, toilets on the ground floor). The Domaine des Sources is composed of 80 cottages managed in the past under the name "Les Chalets du Gua des Brasses" or "Odalys" before that.
